All our products are freshly made to order using high-quality ingredients. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it promptly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products such as cakes, desserts, and sweets, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.
3. Refund Eligibility

- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The order was canceled before preparation began.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us directly. Once preparation begins, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. For large or custom orders, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellation.
