Are your desserts freshly made?
Yes! All our desserts are prepared fresh to order using premium ingredients. We never use pre-frozen cakes or ready mixes every bite is crafted with love and care.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected items and locations within the UAE. Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time. You can also schedule your delivery date and time at checkout.
Can I customize my cake or dessert order?
Absolutely! We offer customization options for flavors, sizes, and decorations. Please contact our support team or message us on WhatsApp to discuss your request before placing the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery may also be available in certain areas.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it immediately and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Do you offer delivery outside the UAE?
Currently, we deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned by joining our newsletter for updates.
